Debra An Eggeman-Steffen a Army Veteran and I am the creator of the Petition to Permanently End Homelessness in the United States. I got the idea after being homeless for 14 years, not counting the time I was homeless as a youth. Throughout the years I met many homeless people and still do. I have helped homeless even when I was homeless myself and my journey through homelessness had helped me to come up with an idea to permanently end homelessness in the United States, but I need your help to do this. We The People of the United States together can make this change happen and help millions of people.
